We received, reviewed and completed the documents for our orientation packet, had our orientation call and paid our first round of fees. It feels great to be moving fast and hopefully it continues at this pace for the next few months. I know that once we get placed on the waiting list, we will be doing just that... waiting, waiting and waiting. We can be waiting anywhere from 19-24 months for a referral for our future child/children.

As we continue into the next steps (home-study and preparing the dossier), we are asking for prayer that: We would quickly and accurately (no set-backs) complete the next set of paperwork, we would continue to raise the money needed for our adoption and that I would not be discouraged on wait times.
